This is part of the IT team that made it possible for me to take a vacation smack dab in the middle of UAT of one of the more important projects at TC. For almost a year now we have gathered requirements, brainstormed and designed solutions, demoed solutions, conducted conference room pilots, written and executed test scripts, tested data conversions and prepared for go-live. At times we’ve performed like a well oiled machine. Other times we've bickered like cranky old women and grumpy old men. But through it all, this is the most technically competent, collaborative, and creative team I have had the opportunity to lead.
