My cousin Ankur and his wife Sheetal visited this weekend from NJ. We spent most of the weekend just hanging out at home. On sunday, Sheetal taught us how to make one of my favourite indian dishes; Khitcheri and Kadhi. I only get to eat this once every year or so because none of the Indian restaurants serve it, and I've never learned how to make it. This time I took a lot of notes, hopefully it'll turn out when I take a crack at making it the next time around.
